日本橋歴史アーカイブスは、日本橋の郷土資料館としての展示スペースとして初等教育に活用することを第一義に、常盤小学校別館ギャラリーにオープンしました。江戸東京博物館の竹内誠名誉館長監修の元、日本橋の発展の歴史を蓄積した本アーカイブスが子供たちや来場者の皆様にとって、新たな発見と創造のきっかけの場になってくれればと思います。
The Historical Archives of Nihonbashi
The historical archives of Nihonbashi opened in the gallery space of the Tokiwa Primary School Annex as a local history museum for Nihonbashi, with the primary aim of supporting primary school education through exhibitions and learning activities.
Under the supervision of Makoto Takeuchi, Honorary Director of the Edo-Tokyo Museum, the Archives preserve and present the history of Nihonbashi’s development. It is our hope that this archive will provide children and visitors alike with opportunities for new discoveries and creative inspiration.

The exhibition guide that was scheduled to be held from 13:00 to 15:00 on Saturday, the 25th of this month has been postponed. Information regarding the next tour will be shared here once it is confirmed.

日本橋歴史アーカイブスは、本年も4日からオープンしております。
平日18時-20時半、土日祝10時-20時半。
展示ガイドは、毎月末土曜日13-15時より開催。企画・制作者新野圭二郎によるガイドとなります。
予約は不要ですので、直接会場にお越し下さい。
We extend our New Year greetings and would like to express our sincere thanks for your valued support over the past year. We very much appreciate your continued interest and engagement in the year ahead.
The Nihonbashi Historical Archives have been open since 4 January.
Opening hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 6.00–8.30 pm
Weekends and public holidays: 10.00 am–8.30 pm
Exhibition guided tours take place on the last Saturday of each month from 1.00–3.00 pm and are conducted by Keijiro Niino, planning and creator of the exhibition.
No advance booking is required; visitors are most welcome to attend by coming directly to the venue.
「浮世絵スタンプラリー」が日本橋6会場でスタート！“Ukiyo-e Stamp Rally” Launches at Six Locations in Nihonbashi!
日本橋の街に散りばめられたスタンプを6版重ねると1枚の浮世絵スタンプが完成します。「日本橋歴史アーカイブス」もその1つの会場になっています。6会場は、日本橋案内所、タロー書房、日本橋歴史アーカイブス、十思スクエア蔦重ギャラリー、イチマス田源、蔦重通油町ギャラリーとなります。
The stamps scattered across Nihonbashi can be layered in six impressions to complete a single ukiyo-e image.The Historical Archives of Nihonbashi is one of the participating venues.
The six locations are Nihonbashi Information Center, Taro Bookstore, Nihonbashi Historical Archives, Jisshi Square Tsutajū Gallery, Ichimasu Tagen, and Tsutajū Tōri Aburachō Gallery.

「日本橋歴史アーカイブス」では、7月1日より新しいコンテンツをローンチします！床にある人名や名所のプラーク(銘板)にQRコードが付きます。
QRコードを読み込みますとそれに関連した画像が出て来てお楽しみ頂けます。
新コンテンツ第二弾については準備が出来次第お知らせ致します。
The Historical Archives of Nihonbashi will launch new content starting July 1.QR codes will be added to the plaques on the floor that indicate the names of historical figures and famous places.By scanning the QR codes, visitors will be able to view related images and enjoy additional content.Further updates on the second phase of this new content will be announced as soon as preparations are complete.

予約不要です！(無料) お気軽に会場にお越しください。
he Historical Archives of Nihonbashi offers a guided exhibition tour by the exhibition creator, Keijiro Niino, on the last Saturday of each month.The next tour will be held on Saturday, July 26, from 13:00–15:00 and 16:00–18:00.Visitors are free to come and go during these times.No reservation is required. Admission is free.Please feel free to stop by and join us at the venue.

The Interview Archives of Nihonbashi
The interview archives of Nihonbashi consist of recorded video interviews with a wide range of people connected to Nihonbashi, including heads of long-established businesses, those who graduated from local primary schools, members of the local community, and specialists.
These interviews capture diverse stories and perspectives related to Nihonbashi. We plan to continue adding new interviews on an ongoing basis.
